Production Supervisor

North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate the activities of the departmental processes and personnel within the assigned manufacturing function.

Your priorities include:

• Supervising the process and all employees in the department.
• Scheduling the workload for all employees in the department.
• Ensuring manufacturing process in the department meets all production and quality requirements.
• Performing recordkeeping for various aspects of the manufacturing process, as required.
• Addressing all production emergencies and any requests from other department supervisors in a responsible and professional manner.
• Monitoring safety within the department on a continual basis, and holding monthly safety meetings with employees.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000

Your background should include:

• High School diploma or GED, plus 5 years of manufacturing experience with 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Associate degree in a business or technical field related to manufacturing, and experience with JIT production system, TPM, and Kaizen implementation is preferred.
