Description

-Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, averaging 10–20 inbound calls daily and approximately 115 total calls per day.

-Utilize an outbound dialer system to efficiently manage call volume.

-Handle inbound calls related to payment processing, setting up payment arrangements, and addressing member inquiries.

-Spend approximately 80% of the time on phone-based interactions and 20% on administrative and operational tasks.

-Provide empathetic and customer-focused service during member interactions, with an emphasis on understanding individual circumstances and encouraging member retention.

-Perform a variety of collections-related duties, including but not limited to:

-Uploading and managing documents

-Sending notices and communications

-Reviewing additional account work

-Preparing accounts for repositioning

-Facilitating online banking transactions

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must have:

• Collections experience within the last 2 years

• Financial services industry experience

• Stability on resume

• Professional communication, Verbal and written

• Proficient with Computers

Soft skills:

• Empathic

• Strong customer service experience that is understanding

• Confident in their collections experience

• Professional communication, verbal and written

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Vernon Hills, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $28.84/hr.
