We are currently seeking a Pricing Manager to join our Peoria, IL team at our corporate office. This position reports to the Pricing Director and is responsible for assisting with all aspects of customer and vendor pricing.

Candidates must be:

• Available from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

Ownership of Responsibilities Include: (but are not limited to):

• Develop knowledge of the Eclipse system
• Work with the Pricing Director on all aspects of pricing
• Develop relationships with Branch Managers and Salespeople to understand pricing philosophies
• Travel into the branches as needed
• Support and educate Connor Co. employees on the importance of a good pricing strategy
• Be an effective and positive communicator
• Attend and actively participate in all required corporate-level meetings

Requirements

• High School Diploma required, or equivalent
• Plumbing and/or HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required
• MS Office experience – strong working knowledge of Excel
• Ability to learn the Eclipse software
• Must be friendly and have a positive attitude
• Self-motivated
• Critical thinker, using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions
• Must be very detail-oriented and focused on accuracy
• Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision and under tight deadlines
• Requires maturity and experience to interface with all levels of management, personnel, and customers
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must maintain a patient and professional attitude while managing a busy workload
• Strong organizational skills are required
• Willingness to travel locally to branches
