Position Title: Brand Communicator

Primo Designs, Inc. is growing and looking to add an individual to help build our brand throughout the state of Illinois and beyond. We are a successful company with a strong brand reputation in the Springfield area. We are in the process of expanding our markets and need an excellent communicator to present our brand story. These presentations will be online with the goal of developing interest in Primo and followed up by our sales professionals. The individual accepting this position has opportunities for growth in the sales department with future opportunities in: customer service, inside sales, and field sales. The successful candidate can be assured of a detailed training program and outstanding coaching in all aspects of this position.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Learn the Primo line of products.
• Learn the various Primo market segments and best approaches.
• Learn and understand the Primo sales process.
• Learn ShopWorks, our main operating software.
• Help develop and maintain customers' and prospects' databases.
• Schedule appointments and presentations and deliver the Primo story to current customers and prospects.
• Schedule discovery meetings to qualified prospects
• Timely reporting of activities to the sales manager.

Job Type:

• Full-time

Salary Range:

• $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:

• Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).

Work Location:

• In person at 2417 N. Grand Ave. East, Springfield, IL 62702. Open to some remote hours after the first 90 days of employment.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (preferred).
