Autohaus on Edens Mercedes-Benz is looking for an experienced Luxury Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our used vehicle operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the high-line customer, knows how to acquire the right inventory, and can lead a team to consistent results — all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and develop pre-owned sales staff

• Set clear goals and hold the team accountable

• Run daily check-ins and weekly sales meetings

• Maintain a professional, motivated team culture

Inventory & Merchandising

• Manage pre-owned inventory mix and pricing strategy

• Monitor market trends, lost sales, and customer demand

• Oversee reconditioning timelines and cost control

• Ensure vehicles are properly merchandised online and on the lot

Appraisals & Acquisitions

• Appraise trades, service drive vehicles, and lease returns

• Drive lease retention and service customer acquisitions

• Use appraisal tools and market data to guide purchases

• Manage auction purchases and wholesale dispositions

Operations

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Approve auction paperwork and coordinate with the office

• Monitor department performance and profitability

• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Used Car Manager or Pre-Owned Manager (luxury preferred)

• Strong appraisal and inventory management skills

• Familiar with tools such as vAuto, Carfax, CDK, MMR, and KBB ICO

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Professional presence suited for a luxury environment

• Data-driven and market aware
