Regional Clinical Manager
Empowered Staffing is partnered with a rapidly expanding healthcare organization dedicated to delivering comprehensive medical services to patients nationwide. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Regional Clinical Manager to join their team in the Chicago market!
The Regional Clinical Manager will oversee clinical operations, quality assurance, and nursing staff performance across multiple facilities while ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation. You will also act as a liaison between corporate leadership and facility teams to support alignment with clinical protocols and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and ensure policy, procedure, and regulatory compliance across assigned facilities.
- Support, supervise, and mentor Nurse Practitioners, Physician’s Assistants, and support staff.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.'
- Conduct clinical rounds, chart audits, and facility visits to ensure care quality.
- Address clinical escalations, patient concerns, and performance issues.
- Implement updated policies and coordinate with facility leadership to drive improvements.
- Deliver direct patient care as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments for seamless patient care delivery.
- Communicate regional trends and recommend operational improvements to leadership.
- Audit EMR documentation, monitor KPIs, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Current NP license and national board certification.
- Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership, preferably in SNF, LTAC, ALF, or post-acute care.
- Experience managing clinical staff across multiple sites.
- Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Wound care certification or experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with PointClickCare and Wound Expert platforms.
