Executive Assistant to Global Chief Financial Officer

LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a global technology firm, seeking an Executive Assistant to Global Chief Financial Officer. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive EA who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and is comfortable partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

The Executive Assistant to Global Chief Financial Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the Executive’s time, priorities, and communications are managed seamlessly, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Executive Assistant to Global Chief Financial Officer Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive executive support

• Manage complex, ever-changing calendars with a high degree of accuracy and urgency

• Coordinate domestic and international travel on a frequent basis, including detailed itineraries

• Handle internal and external correspondence

• Support quarterly Board of Directors meetings, including:

  • Scheduling and logistics

  • Board member travel coordination

  • Expense management and reconciliation

• Process and track executive expenses

• Partner closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and a team of Executive Assistants

• Ensure all processes are aligned with established SOPs while identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement

• Anticipate needs, proactively resolve issues, and take ownership of executive support

Executive Assistant to Global Chief Financial Officer Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a technology or high-growth environment

• Large company experience (4,000+ more employees) required

• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-urgency role

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• High emotional intelligence with the ability to commu nicate confidently and professionally at all levels

• Experience supporting board meetings and senior leadership teams

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools

• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and leverage technology to enhance efficiency

Pay: $110-130,000 + bonus eligibility
S chedule: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote
Location: Downtown Chicago, Loop
