- Partnering with the world’s biggest suppliers, unlocking access to pricing usually reserved for the big players.

- Using our AI-driven platform to automate ordering, exactly when and where ingredients are needed.

- Offering smart, data-led credit so brands can sell their products before they even pay for their ingredients.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Account Manager , you’ll be at the heart of making sure our brands succeed.

You’ll:

- Own account activation and growth, building strong long-term relationships.

- Drive platform engagement, spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

- Partner across sourcing, operations, product, and marketing to deliver a seamless brand experience.

- Be the voice of your accounts internally, shaping how our product evolves.

- Keep accounts healthy, thriving, and excited to scale with Opply.

What You Bring

- ~2+ years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales (B2B experience ideal).

- A proven track record of building trust and hitting commercial targets.

- Energy, grit, and scrappiness, you don’t wait for answers, you make things happen.

- An ownership mindset, proactive, commercially sharp, and always looking to create more value.

- Experience or curiosity in the food/consumer goods space? Even better.
