Your Contributions ???? Talent Magnetism- Scour for exceptional candidates for manufacturing roles such as machine operators and welders.
- Workhand in hand with plant leaders to customize recruitment tactics and fill staffing gaps.
- Conduct interviews and guide candidates through our meticulous hiring journey.
- Engage at job fairs and partner with local organizations to discover new talent pools.
- Navigate pre-employment like a maestro, including screenings and offer management.
- Maintain precise records to ensure candidates receive a seamless experience.
- Facilitate lively and informative new hire sessions with a focus on orientation and safety.
- Create onboarding resources that resonate with the new hires' schedules and duties.
- Ensure recruitment translates seamlessly into operational roles through active collaboration.
- Champion employee development during their first critical months with us.
- Continuously critique and enhance our onboarding protocol.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to OSHA and ISO standards.
Arm yourself with a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a kindred field backed by 2-4 years in a similar recruiting environment. Show off your adept skills using HR systems like ADP and Workday, and thrive in our bustling recruitment world.
Champion of ManufacturingHarness your comprehensive understanding of manufacturing roles, from CNC to quality control, and ensure safety compliance is second nature.
