Field Service Technician - Medical Gas Compliance

Evergreen Medical Services (EMS), part of the TSS Family of Companies, is hiring Field Service Technicians to support hospitals, surgery centers, and research facilities nationwide with medical gas system testing, environmental compliance, and safety services. Our work ensures healthcare facilities stay safe, accurate, and fully compliant so patients and staff can rely on critical equipment every day.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform medical gas compliance testing, environmental monitoring, and equipment repair services at hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, compressors, manifolds, and small electronics
• Provide outstanding customer service while working independently in the field, visiting multiple client locations each week
• Complete required documentation and maintain strong client relationships
• Travel up to 60% to healthcare facilities within your assigned region

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Three years of related experience OR willingness to complete paid training for entry-level roles
• ASSE 6010, 6030, or 6040 certifications preferred; training and certifications provided for new hires
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and customer service experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay of $23.00–$31.00 (based on experience and certifications)
