Pay Rate: $70-$80 per hour

Contract Dates: April 6 - End of School Year

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM | 40 hours paid weekly

Setting: K-5 | In-person

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support K-5 students through assessment, intervention, and collaborative problem-solving. In this role, you will conduct evaluations, support student intervention teams, and assist in determining eligibility for services-making a significant impact on student success and overall school support systems.

This assignment offers a predictable schedule, a clearly defined caseload, and a collaborative environment-ideal for School Psychologists who value consistency and meaningful work.

What You'll Be Doing

Conduct reevaluations, initial evaluations, and problem-solving assessments

Provide psychological services directly to students

Collaborate with teachers and staff on interventions, progress monitoring, and student support planning

Participate in required meetings, including:

Weekly SPED PLC (30 minutes)

Monthly Tier 2 & Tier 3 team meetings (45 minutes)

Support students with a range of developmental and mental health needs

Maintain all documentation in accordance with professional, ethical, and compliance standards

Provide recommendations for eligibility determinations, supports, and interventions

Caseload Details

Grade Levels: K-5

Evaluations:

3 Reevaluations (due April/May) 2 Initial Evaluations (due April/May)

Individual Problem-Solving (IPS):

3 active progress-monitoring cases 4 potential transitions to full evaluations

Fully in-person role

What We're Looking For

Active state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (PEL or state equivalent)

Experience with pediatric or adolescent populations preferred

Master's degree in Psychology or School Psychology preferred

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Compliance with all relevant professional standards

CPR certification (if applicable)

TB test or chest X-ray (if applicable)

Current health certificate (if required)

Must be at least 18 years old
