Sr. Mgr, Product Manager (IC) - Reporting
- Oversees the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to testing and feature development.
- Establishes the efficient management, prioritization, and delivery of the digital product roadmap to successfully enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage in the industry.
- Develops technology and product roadmaps to provide visibility of risk and improvement options to maintain a proactive attitude among the digital product team.
- Delivers innovative solutions that integrate with co-existing technologies while ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.
- Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to influence product features and prioritization to successfully enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage in the industry.
- Decides targets for success while constantly reviewing analytics, the competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.
- Facilitates cross-functional communication and collaboration, building strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- Defines strategy for product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain speed to market and differentiation.
- Creates features and stories for current and future products based on consumer insights, research, business goals, and customer experience needs.
- Coordinates with engineering, data science, user design, and architecture teams in an agile development environment.
- Applies advanced leadership skills to recruit, hire, and develop product management talent, ensuring best practices are embedded in strategies and offerings.
- 7+ years work experience

- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Adept at business intelligence
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred.
