What You'll Do:

Provide Clinical Services: Deliver a range of clinical services, including assessments, individual, family, conjoint, and group therapy, and case management.
Complete Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Meet Service Standards: Meet agency standards for billable services.
Participate in Development: Engage in peer review, program evaluations, and continuing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Collaborate and Contribute: Participate in administrative program planning meetings, staff meetings, medical staffings, supervision, and other relevant agency activities.
What You'll Need:

Education: Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a Behavioral Science.
Licensure: Active Illinois State License in Professional Counseling or Social Work.
Experience: Experience counseling adults and/or children, and working knowledge of a community mental health setting.
Telehealth Experience: Experience providing telehealth therapy to adults, adolescents, and children.
Availability: Must be reachable during the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST.
Remote Work Setup: Comfort working from home with a reliable internet connection and private space to maintain client confidentiality.
Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently or with IT guidance.
Communication Skills: Clear speech for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
