Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .

• Active Bar Admission in Illinois .

• 3+ years of substantive civil litigation experience, including commercial , professional liability , products liability , insurance defense/coverage , class actions , torts , breach of contract/warranty , and/or personal injury .

• Labor & employment experience is advantageous .

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a large, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters across various practice areas.

• Manage cases from inception through resolution , including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.

• Provide strategic counsel to clients on risk mitigation and dispute resolution .

• Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.

• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $115,000 – $190,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
• Bonus eligibility
