TravelNurseSource is working with Bluebix Health Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg / Neuro RN in Rockford, Illinois, 61101!
We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in a Med/Surg Neuro unit at a reputable hospital in Rockford, Illinois. This is a night shift opportunity for nurses with strong clinical experience in mid to large hospital settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Neuro unit
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans

Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license
- Minimum 2+ years of Med/Surg experience (Neuro preferred)
- Experience in mid to large hospital settings
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
