We are seeking a confident, mature, and responsible OT who is passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care. You should be comfortable managing a caseload with autonomy while thriving in a "togetherness-first" environment.

Position Details:

· Full-Time: Includes health insurance, PTO, 401K, life insurance, professional development, paid maternity leave, and performance bonuses.

· Part-Time/Saturdays: Flexible hours with the option to rapidly transition to full-time.

Requirements & Expertise:

· Experience: 1–2+ years of pediatric outpatient experience (highly preferred).

· Clinical Focus: Strong understanding of Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) and child development.

· Valued Skills: Certification or interest in DIR/Floortime®, Feeding, and knowledge of Natural Language Acquisition (Gestalt Language Processing).

· Education/Licensure: Master’s Degree in OT and a valid Illinois License.
