Call Center Sales (remote)
Our client operates multiple consumer lending brands, each featuring distinct offerings and customer criteria. In the role of a Call Center Sales Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive three-week training program to specialize in a specific brand. Following the completion of training, you will handle a significant volume of inbound calls, engaging with potential customers to aid them in their loan application process. What you’ll be doing:
- Effectively handle calls by guiding customers through the loan application process
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a clear understanding of the features and benefits of our client's products and services
- Initiate outbound calls to customers who have not completed their loan application
- Ensure excellent customer service through excellent verbal and written communication
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date information for customer accounts
* This is a work from home position. Our client is seeking Call Center Sales Representatives within 100 miles of Chicago, IL or South Jordan, UT. Pay and Benefits:
- $17.00 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn a quaterly performance based bonus !

Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Central Time. Some schedules may require working one weekend day. *Hours are CST (Central Standard Time)
