We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing team in Champaign. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while providing administrative support to multiple departments.
This position is ideal for a college student or someone looking to gain valuable business experience while working in a professional environment with opportunities for advancement.
Schedule- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: Until 7:00 PM
- Tuesday and Friday: Until 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
We are willing to work around college schedules.

Responsibilities- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Assist customers by connecting them with the appropriate department or team member
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and other clerical duties
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Support various dealership departments with administrative tasks
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive first impression of the dealership
- Assist with additional office duties as needed
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic computer skills
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but not required
