We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to generate new business, build strong B2B partnerships, and expand our brand footprint across the Chicagoland area and beyond. This individual will play a key role in sourcing leads, nurturing commercial relationships (e.g., with realtors, property managers, and facility directors), and driving top-line revenue growth through both outbound and relationship-based sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential business partners, referral sources, and commercial clients (e.g., real estate brokerages, corporate facilities, developers, office managers)

• Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns (calls, emails, in-person visits, trade shows)

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through CRM tracking and consistent follow-up

• Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and walkthroughs with prospective clients

• Close new service contracts and partnerships that align with company goals

• Work closely with marketing to support co-branded promotions and partner campaigns

• Provide feedback to leadership on market opportunities, pricing trends, and competitor activity

• Represent Advanced Moving & Storage at local networking events, chambers, expos, and industry mixers

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of proven business development, sales, or account management experience (moving, logistics, real estate, or service industries preferred)

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence

• Ability to build long-term relationships and manage a sales pipeline

• Familiarity with CRM systems and performance tracking tools

• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills

• Reliable transportation for in-person visits and local travel (mileage reimbursed)

• Connections in real estate, construction, corporate facilities, or commercial relocation markets

• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in helping grow a brand through new verticals or franchising

• Ability to understand operational logistics and communicate solutions effectively
