Location : Westchester, IL is our main office. Retail locations vary.
Type: Full Time - On site only
Compensation: $15 / hour + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses with Weekly Pay
Experience: Entry-Level to Experienced - Training Provided no matter what experience level

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers in-store to provide unbeatable service and smart product recommendations

• Drive sales through product knowledge, communication skills, and an eye for opportunity

• Learn real business development skills: prospecting, negotiating, upselling, and client retention

• Travel to events, store openings, and team outings — we believe in networking that doesn’t suck

• Collaborate with a high-energy team that pushes each other to grow and win — together
