DATA ENTRY/DOCUMENT PROCESSOR- ON-SITE

We are currently recruiting for Document Processors (Mail Clerk) and Data Entry Clerks to work in a fast pace production environment, offering competitive pay rates in Elgin, IL. **To be considered you will need to be able to pass a background check and credit check.**

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

• 2nd: Mon - Fri 3:30pm-12am- $22/HR
• 3rd: Sun - Thurs 10:30pm-7am- $23/HR
• Weekend 1: Fri-Mon 5:00am-3:30pm - $22/HR
• Weekend 2: Sat-Tues 5:00am-3:30pm - $22/HR
• PT: Sat & Sun 5:00am-3:30pm- $22/HR

Responsibilities Include:

Document Processing Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for accurately processing physical documents
• Opening, sorting, and organizing mail and verifying contents
• Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy of documents - preparing documents for processing/scanning
• Identify errors and correct any errors in data, and escalate to supervisor
• Filing and organizing documents for future reference
• Being comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
• Lifting bins of up to 20-50lbs

Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for data keying and expected to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy on a daily basis.

• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
• Entering customer and account data into systems
• Correcting inaccuracies and validating output
• Keeping information confidential
• Must be able to meet deadlines and be flexible to support peak volumes

Job Types: Full time, Temporary

Pay: $20-23 PER HOUR
