The Grill on 21 is currently seeking Line Cooks to join our culinary team.

Position Details:

• Currently seeking two part-time cooks with weekday and weekend availability

• Shift availability needed:

  • 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM

  • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Experience cooking eggs is a plus

• Minimum of 2years experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred

Requirements:

• Maintain and properly use all required safety equipment

• Stand and walk for extended periods (5–10 hours per shift)

• Move safely throughout all areas of the restaurant

• Work effectively in noisy, fast-paced, and confined environments

• Tolerate variable ventilation, smoke, and extreme temperatures

• Basic English reading and writing skills

• Strong multitasking abilities

• Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and carrying

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (produce, meats, supplies)

• Ability to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors
