- Supervisar y apoyar equipos de limpieza en múltiples ubicaciones
- Asegurar que los edificios se limpien de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa
- Capacitar y orientar a empleados nuevos y actuales
- Realizar inspecciones de calidad y dar seguimiento a cualquier problema
- Ayudar con tareas de limpieza cuando sea necesario
- Mantener comunicación efectiva entre el personal, los clientes y la gerencia
- Bilingue en inglés y español
- Experiencia previa como supervisor o líder de equipo
- Experiencia en limpieza comercial
- Licencia de conducir válida y transporte confiable
- Capacidad para aprobar una verificación de antecedentes penales
- Excelente ética de trabajo y atención al detalle
