Nixalite of America Inc. is a third-generation, family-owned business that manufactures and distributes premium bird and wildlife control products. We’re seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This full or part-time role is ideal for someone with a solid accounting background who wants to make an impact in a stable, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

· Sales order processing and customer service

· Maintain and reconcile the general ledger

· Assist with monthly and year-end closings

· Generate and analyze financial reports

· Perform bank reconciliations and support audit preparation

· Maintain accurate and organized financial records

· Communicate with vendors and customers regarding invoices and payments

Qualifications

· 4+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping

· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
