Bella Valore Wellness is expanding our integrative care team and inviting a compassionate, skilled Massage Therapist to join our growing practice. We are a holistic mental health and wellness center in Chicago dedicated to mind‑body healing, community connection, and ethical, heart‑centered care.

We are looking for a therapist who is aligned with our mission, values collaboration, and is excited to build a meaningful, sustainable caseload within a supportive environment.

Position Overview

The Massage Therapist will provide trauma‑informed, client‑centered bodywork services as part of our integrative wellness model. This role is ideal for someone who values collaborative care , enjoys working alongside mental health clinicians, and is passionate about mind‑body healing .

Compensation

Bella Valore Wellness offers competitive Chicago private‑practice rates , including:

• $45–$60 per service hour , depending on experience, specialty training, and modality
• Opportunities for rate increases based on tenure and caseload consistency
• Access to in‑house referrals from our psychotherapy team
• All supplies, linens, and space provided by BVW
• Optional opportunities for workshops, groups, and specialty offerings , with compensation based on attendance and revenue potential, supporting flexible service expansion pathways

These rates reflect current Chicago private‑practice standards and support sustainable massage therapy compensation .

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in Illinois
• Trauma‑informed, inclusive, and client‑centered approach
• Commitment to ethical, holistic care
• Ability to maintain a consistent caseload
• Interest in collaborating with mental health clinicians
