What The Day Will Look Like

• Develop consulting and insurance IQ by participating in formal and informal training opportunities
• Gather and contribute research on industry developments, client activity, macro trends, etc.
• Analyze 3rd party and proprietary Aon transactional data
• Convert insights into client value by synthesizing findings in the form of PowerPoint presentations for project delivery or business development purposes
• Work collaboratively and communicate clearly in a team environment with colleagues and external stakeholders

Pay Transparency Laws

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $61,000 - $81,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
