Salary: Hourly/Flat Rate
We are actively seeking an experienced Collision Repair Technician to join our skilled team. As a Collision Repair Technician at Body Builders Automotive, you will play a pivotal role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition while adhering to the highest safety and quality station.
Auto Body Technician Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using frame and measuring equipment
- Skilled in repairing and straightening metal panels
- Ability to repair vehicles in accordance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) requirements
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry advancements
- Collaborative team player
- Preferred I-CAR certification
- Possession of a valid state driver's license for operating customer or company vehicles
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in automotive body repair, or similar experience in an automotive repair setting
- Must have the ability to follow/take directions
- Must be quality-driven for safe repairs
- Must possess a strong drive for continuous learning and development every day.
