Location: Moline, IL 61265

Pay Rate: $50 – $58/hour

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 8 hours/day | 40 hours/week
• No weekends, no holidays, no on-call
• 36 hours guaranteed

Contract Details:

• 13 weeks

Role Overview:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, complete OASIS documentation, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team while working independently in the field.

Requirements:

• Active RN license (IL)
• Home Health experience (2+ years required)
• OASIS experience – required
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) – required
• BLS/CPR – required
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Travel Area: Moline & Rock Island, IL; Davenport & Bettendorf, IA
