We are conducting a confidential search for a driven and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant concept in Chicago. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in an energetic environment, leads from the front, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What the AGM - Assistant General Manager will Do:- Support the General Manager in all daily operations of a high-volume restaurant
- Lead, coach, and develop FOH teams to ensure top-tier service and execution
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Maintain strong standards in service, cleanliness, and food quality
- Manage scheduling, labor controls, and inventory
- Create a positive, high-energy culture that retains top talent
- 2+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) or Restaurant Manager in a high-volume concept
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong understanding of P&L, labor management, and cost controls
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Competitive salary: $70,000–$85,000
