Our national association client is looking for a Campaign Marketing

Manager to join their team, reporting into the Director of Direct and Digital Marketing.

**The role is fulltime, hybrid onsite Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in

their downtown Chicago office.**

The Campaign Marketing Manager will act as the hub between analytics,

creative and campaign operations for membership campaigns with the goal of converting new members.

Campaigns span across direct mail, email and paid digital ads.

**The Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for Strategy &

Execution (60%), Campaigns Development (20%), Performance Measurement (20%) including:**\

• Developing integrated marketing strategies and messaging ensuring

alignment with target market interests to drive new member growth\

• Using A/B tests and data-driven insights to ensure the optimization of

marketing campaigns\' segmentation, reach, engagement, and conversion\

• Overseeing audience behaviors, campaign effectiveness and and

implementing best practice standards

The ideal Campaign Marketing Manager will have: \

• The ability to articulate past marketing campaigns, processes and

strategies they have found success with, and results they\'ve optimized to drive positive changes leading to conversions\

• 7+ years of experience developing and managing marketing campaigns

optimized for conversions, ideally direct mail, email and digital ads\

• Strong experience with marketing campaign best practices and analyzing

performances for optimization via dashboards and in partnership with analytics teams\

• Prior success with lead generating programs and email journeys\
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data and results to

drive marketing optimizations and decisions\

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Asana a plus
