Job Description
Candidate will:
- Work under the supervision of the registered nurse in delivering safe and effective care to the patient during the intra operative period.
- Work closely with all members of the professional team, medical staff, patients/resident and their families and hospital personnel.
Access to protected health information is limited to the minimum necessary to perform the duties of the job.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology or accredited school of nursing is preferred
- Current certification as a Surgical Technologist by the State of Illinois is preferred
- BLS certified
Grade 18.
