Contracts Specialist
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, Sales) to drive efficient contract workflows and support business needs.
- Supporting the full lifecycle of commercial contracts (primarily NDAs and vendor / partner / sales contracts) from intake through execution and renewal.
- Optimizing our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, Ironclad, to help our contracting processes scale.
- Maintaining contract templates and related documentation.
- Creating systems for tracking contract status, key dates, obligations, and more.
- Recommending and implementing process improvements, automation, and best practices to streamline contracting operations.
- A minimum of two years in-house legal experience, ideally supporting the Legal or Procurement team at a SaaS or technology company.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Hands-on experience with a CLM system (Ironclad preferred) and e-signature tools.
- Experience developing or refining playbooks, templates, or process documentation.
- Basic familiarity with drafting or tailoring contract language (e.g., NDAs or amendments) using playbooks.
- Clear, confident communication and a collaborative mindset.
- Interest in how technology can elevate the work of legal professionals.
- Experience using iManage.
- Experience using Asana or similar work management tools.
- Familiarity with other legal tools / technology.
