Job Title: Procurement Admin

Location: Willowbrook, IL

Industry: Manufacturing

Pay: $45,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience)

About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Procurement Specialist for an onsite opportunity. This role offers hands-on experience, career growth, and the chance to support a fast-paced operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with operations, accounting, and other internal departments to support purchasing and inventory activities.
• Coordinate the creation, tracking, and maintenance of purchase orders throughout the procurement process.
• Record inventory receipts and ensure product information is accurately entered into internal systems.
• Research inventory discrepancies and assist with resolving data inconsistencies.
• Review invoices, receiving documentation, and purchasing records to verify accuracy and address any issues.
• Maintain organized procurement files and ensure purchasing documentation remains current and accurate.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and manage procurement and inventory data.

Qualifications:

• 1–3+ years of experience in supply chain or inventory management
• Recent graduates with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field are encouraged to apply.
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the organization.
