• Shift: 8 hour shifts; PMs
• Schedule: Part time 3PM-11PM M-F with rotating weekends (Sat & Sun)

Joliet Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), providing care to the mentally ill/behavior health population. Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, we are easy to commute to and have a stable team. What makes us unique:

What you will do in this role: As a Medical Receptionist (or “Concierge”) on the Overnight Shift, you will be the first line of security at our employee entrance/door. The functions are similar to that of a “Welcome” (reception) desk: You will be checking in employees reporting for work, doing security rounds in the center, performing clerical tasks and managing the phone lines for a busy Medical Facility. This job is part Security Officer and part Customer Service.

Medical Receptionist: officially we call this job a Concierge, but in other centers it may be called a Welcome or Front Desk Receptionist or Security Officer.

What we need from you:

• Prior Experience in a Healthcare or Medical setting is preferable.
• Prior experience as an overnight security officer is desired
• Strong Written and verbal English communication skills are required
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check
