Position: Dog Groomer

Location: Bowie Barker – Westmont IL

As a Dog Grooming Specialist, you’re at the heart of that experience. You create a calm, positive environment for every dog, build real relationships with pet parents, and take pride in delivering beautiful, thoughtful grooms. You’ll also guide guests on the best services, add-ons, and routines to keep their dogs healthy, comfortable, and looking their best.

What You’ll Do:

• Groom 6 to 10 dogs per day while maintaining quality and safety
• Perform full service grooms from bath to finish including cutting, trimming, brushing, drying, and nail care
• Execute breed standard cuts and high quality custom styles
• Consult with pet parents to understand goals and recommend appropriate services and add ons
• Drive upgrade services and support membership growth
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe grooming station
• Support your team and uphold Bowie Barker standards

Who You Are:

• 3 plus years of professional dog grooming experience
• Highly skilled in all dog haircuts with a strong attention to detail
• Comfortable discussing pricing and recommending add ons
• Able to lift and safely handle dogs 60+ pounds
• Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and tech confident
• Excited to grow with a brand that values both performance and culture
