Customer Service II - Bilingual

Akkodis is seeking a Customer Service II - Bilingual for a Contract with a client in Abbott Park, IL. Candidate must have the capability to deliver exceptional customer support with strong communication skills as a key qualification for this role.

Rate Range: $22/hour to $23/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Customer Service II - Bilingual job responsibilities include:

• Resolving customer inquiries across multiple channels with accurate, timely, and professional communication.

• Partnering with internal teams to drive issue resolution while maintaining urgency and customer focus.

• Identifying distressed customer situations and initiating corrective actions with attentiveness and care.

• Capturing customer feedback and recommending improvements to eliminate service roadblocks.

• Managing complex requests such as reporting relationship updates, job changes, and organizational updates.

• Meeting or exceeding standards for schedule adherence, reliability, and overall service quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, HR operations, shared services, or a high‑volume support environment.

• Fluency in English required; Spanish fluency strongly preferred to support multilingual customer interactions.

• Experience with HR systems or service tools such as Workday and Salesforce (or similar CRM/HRIS platforms) highly preferred.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
