Accounting & Office Manager

Our client, a growing company located in downtown Chicago, is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Accounting Office Manager to oversee daily financial operations and keep the office running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Oversee payroll administration for staff
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end/year-end closing
- Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support office administration tasks to keep day-to-day functions running efficiently
- 3–5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or office management experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll, AP/AR, and bookkeeping practices
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and MS Office Suite
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work on-site daily in downtown Chicago
