Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This role will be pivotal in promoting our services, building relationships within the community, and increasing our outreach to senior clients and their families. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to raise awareness about Holystik Care's services within the local community.

- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, senior centers, and referral sources.

- Coordinate outreach events, community presentations, and educational workshops that highlight our services.

- Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts, in both English and Spanish.

- Assist in managing the company’s online presence, including website updates and social media engagement.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for outreach.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the messaging aligns with Holystik Care’s mission and values.

- Track and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.

Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or community engagement, preferably in a healthcare or senior services setting.

- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.

- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

- Passion for serving seniors and understanding their unique needs.
