A rapidly growing, private equity backed consumer food and beverage company is seeking an FP&A Manager to join its growing finance team. This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to help build and scale the FP&A function during an exciting stage of growth.

This is not a large corporate finance environment with established playbooks. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and partnering with leadership to drive better business decisions. FP&A Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long range financial planning processes
• Build and enhance financial models that support strategic and operational decision making
• Own weekly cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital analysis
• Partner closely with Accounting during the month end close process to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, manufacturing costs, inventory, and operating expenses to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and financial presentations for senior leadership and private equity stakeholders
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting capabilities, and forecasting methodologies to support a growing business
• Partner cross functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Commercial teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Evaluate profitability, cost savings initiatives, and operational performance across the business
• Support board reporting, lender reporting, strategic initiatives, capital investments, and other ad hoc financial analyses

FP&A Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or commercial finance
• Experience within consumer packaged goods (CPG), food and beverage, manufacturing, or another product based industry
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and variance reporting
• Experience developing and maintaining weekly cash flow forecasts and working capital reporting
• Strong understanding of financial statements and the month end close process
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, high growth environment with changing priorities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross functional business partners

FP&A Manager Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working for a private equity backed or high growth company
• Prior experience in public accounting or investment banking before transitioning into corporate finance or FP&A
• Experience supporting executive leadership, lenders, or private equity sponsors through financial reporting and analysis
• Experience building FP&A processes, reporting, and forecasting from the ground up
• Manufacturing, operations finance, or plant finance experience
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
