Associate Attorney
We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join our firm's growing litigation practice. This position offers hands-on involvement in complex commercial, business, estate and trust, employment, and civil litigation matters, along with meaningful courtroom exposure and long-term growth opportunities.

- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct discovery and manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Attend court hearings and assist with trial preparation.
- Handle a variety of commercial, business, estate/trust, employment, and civil litigation disputes.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys while independently managing assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
- Admission to the Illinois Bar required.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Professional, client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
