Finance Director, Consumer Products

LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly growing consumer products organization to hire a strategic and results-oriented Finance Director to support a high-growth eCommerce and multi-brand business portfolio. This Finance Director role will serve as a critical business partner to executive leadership, driving financial strategy, operational performance and commercial decision-making across the organization.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on finance leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building scalable processes and has experience supporting manufacturing, eCommerce, and consumer product growth initiatives. The Finance Director will play a key role in shaping long-term financial strategy while leading FP&A and commercial finance functions.

What’s the job?

• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic financial planning and decision-making

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range financial planning processes

• Drive revenue, EBITDA and free cash flow performance across multiple brands and channels

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations and HR to align financial objectives with business goals

• Develop financial models, business cases and performance tracking tools to support strategic initiatives

• Recommend and implement pricing, supply chain and operational improvements to optimize profitability

• Support ERP enhancements, reporting automation and process improvement initiatives

• Implement and maintain standard cost models across brands and product lines

• Improve forecasting accuracy and strengthen reporting frameworks

• Lead, mentor and develop finance team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

• Ensure compliance with financial controls, corporate policies and reporting standards

What’s needed?

• 10+ years of finance and accounting experience within a commercial, retail or consumer products environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required

• CPA and/or MBA preferred

• Proven success managing P&Ls and improving EBITDA and cash flow performance

• Experience supporting eCommerce and Amazon retail operations preferred

• Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders

• Experience consolidating multi-brand portfolios and implementing process improvements

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-focused environment
