Remote Reservation Coordinator
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about organization, coordination, and delivering exceptional client support. As a Reservation Coordinator, you will assist clients with planning and organizing customized experiences from start to finish, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully handled.
Key responsibilities include managing reservations, researching destinations and available options, coordinating schedules, and confirming that all arrangements align with client preferences and expectations. You will communicate with clients regularly, provide timely updates, answer questions, and help resolve any issues that may arise before, during, or after the experience. Maintaining accurate records and staying organized across multiple requests will be essential in this role.
