Herrmann Ultrasonics is hiring for a CNC Programmer!

Job Profile CNC Programmer

• Create offline CNC milling machine programs using MasterCAM and WinMax
• Develop programs and setups in line with established tool shop standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Optimize machine cutting paths to improve efficiency and product quality
• Provide detailed setup instructions for production machining operations
• Reprogram ultrasonic tooling for repairs or RMAs
• Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the tool shop to enhance manufacturing efficiency

Requirements

•  Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in toolmaking or a similar precision manufacturing environment
• Experience with WinMax and Mazatrol programming strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
