Production Assembler – Night Shift

Location: Woodridge, IL
Schedule: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Steel toe shoes required

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our team on the night shift. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling and inspecting products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you’re hands-on, safety-focused, and thrive in a team setting, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain assigned production equipment efficiently and safely.
• Perform start-up, changeover, shutdown, and basic preventative maintenance.
• Load materials, rework products, and manage conveyor lines.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S practices).
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous production experience preferred (especially in food & beverage manufacturing).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Forklift experience is a plus (required at some locations).
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions.
