What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on car wash systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components.
- Maintain chain, dolly, and belt systems for peak performance.
- Respond quickly to downtime issues and restore operations efficiently.
- Partner with site managers to ensure smooth daily performance.
What Makes You Shine
- Experience in car wash maintenance, mechanical, or electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable across multiple locations.
- Flexible to travel within the Chicago District.
- Excellent communicator with a team-first attitude.
Perks & Pay
- $20.00–$25.00/hour, depending on experience
- Monthly performance bonus for minimizing downtime
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
