About the role:
As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as an Intake Specialist.

As an Intake Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with a DUI, traffic, or criminal matter. You will play a crucial role in assessing potential clients' needs, gathering essential information, and guiding them through the initial steps of the process. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will ensure a smooth and efficient intake process, laying the foundation for successful client representation.

• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients via phone, email, or video conferencing.
• Gather relevant information about clients' history, goals, and challenges.
• Assess potential clients' eligibility for various services offered by the firm.
• Educate clients about the firm's services and processes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and case information.
• Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to schedule consultations and appointments.
• Follow up with clients to collect additional documentation and information as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the intake process.
• Schedule qualified potential clients for private consultations with our legal team.

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or intake coordination preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in English (Fluent in Spanish would be a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and virtual communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.

• Base salary $40,000 - $45,000, plus bonus structure.
