**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and assisting with emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution center, including both indoor work areas and the surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any irregularities.
+ Report any observed hazards, incidents, or suspicious activities according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
+ Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry or exit, maintaining awareness of all persons on the premises.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, visitors, and staff, providing information and guidance as required.
+ Document observations and incidents in daily activity reports, ensuring timely and accurate recordkeeping as per Allied Universal standards.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
