Job Summary

We're looking for a customer-focused, relationship-driven leader to join our team as Customer Service Manager, Coffee Services . In this role, you will champion exceptional customer experiences, strengthen client loyalty, and support revenue growth through proactive relationship management, business development, performance monitoring, and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Lead customers through onboarding, providing ongoing training and support with our full range of products and services.

• Regularly review customer accounts to understand needs, share updates, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

• Conduct routine account audits to evaluate profitability and ensure return-on-investment standards are met.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; an associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (or as required by state) with a clean driving record.

• Previous coffee or café industry experience is highly desirable.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, or at least 1 year of related experience.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering world-class service.

• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
