Position Summary

The Rower Operator supports harvest operations by safely operating rower equipment, preparing fields, and ensuring product quality. This role works closely with the Rowing Supervisor and Ag team to execute daily field operations efficiently and safely.

The approximate hourly pay range for this position is $16.85-$21.41. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily safety checks and operate tractor with rower attachment
• Row pumpkin fields and support harvest operations
• Clean and maintain equipment between fields and at end of day
• Monitor field quality and remove debris/foreign material
• Complete required daily and weekly documentation
• Support additional Ag activities (test plots, equipment movement, housekeeping)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License
• 1+ year experience in agriculture or equipment operation (preferred)

Skills

• Ability to operate agricultural tractors and equipment
• Basic GPS and field navigation knowledge
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Willingness to work a 6-day schedule during harvest season

Outdoor, physical role with varying weather conditions
