Join us to innovate for impact and reimagine the future of health and nutrition for patients and consumers. **Position Summary:** As a Lead Digital Product Manager, you will own the multi-brand product roadmap for a portfolio of brands, with a key focus on enterprise architecture solutions. This role requires balancing day-to-day site operations and consumer experience with the development of scalable portfolio architecture strategies. **Location:** This position may be remote or hybrid, depending on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of an NHSc office. **Key Responsibilities:** - Responsible for product strategy and the product backlog. Manage full PDLC and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations that deliver incremental business value. - Ensure day-to-day owned property operations work effectively through agency partners and stakeholders. - Use customer feedback, brand market insights, and data gathering to make decisions about product strategy and prioritization. - Consolidate feedback from customers, marketing, operations, brand, and technical stakeholders to develop strategies to build impactful roadmaps. - Define and manage metrics to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy - Manage development sprints with tech leads, front end and back end engineers, and QA/UAT team leads ensuring timely and seamless go-lives. - Maximize efficiency and impact in a fast-growing company with a constantly evolving environment. - Be comfortable supporting multiple brands in a portfolio in a global and matrixed organization. - Be comfortable balancing competing priorities utilizing the RICE scoring model. - Ability to support team members in CX executions in social commerce tools and Tik Tok shops amongst other special projects. - Lead strategic discussions with brand executives on using advanced technologies for future digital consumer experiences - ex: Agentic AI, etc. - Other duties as required. **Experience and Education Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Computer Science). - 4+ years of experience in Product Management, working collaboratively with engineering and design teams. - Experience in a growth or consumer-oriented ecommerce role - with exposure to key ecosystems such as Adobe, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, JIRA, and Confluence. - A track record of building and shipping enhancements that customers love and that drive meaningful business impact. - Strategic and tactical experience designing, building, and executing scalable processes from scratch, ideally in an operations-intensive environment. **Preferred Skills:** - Demonstrated success managing multiple brand portfolios simultaneously - Ability to dive deep with engineers to make technical tradeoff decisions and summarize for non-technical stakeholders and executives. - Ability to operate autonomously, partnering with brand leaders on business KPI impact through technology decisions. - Ability to interpret complex data sets, customer insights, and market trends to inform product strategy and prioritization. - Skilled at influencing and aligning cross-functional teams and executives in a global, matrixed organization. - Deep understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management to ensure smooth PDLC execution. - Knowledge of advanced technologies like AI/ML, social commerce platforms, and digital consumer trends. \#LI-SF1 The approximate pay range for this position is $130,000.00 to $148,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
